ABOUT US

who are we and what we do

Windauga (the Norse word for window) has been established in 2005. Our team are regular, efficient and hold ladder- and water-fed pole operative certificate to NVQ level 2, and are first aid trained and DBS checked.

We provide window cleaning services within a 10 miles radius of Trowbridge We can cover buildings up to 20m high and, once we are booked for regular cleans, We provide solar panel cleaning for both domestic and commercial properties.

Our cleaning methods utilize water-fed pole systems for excellent results. We also use traditional methods of cleaning with hand tools, depending on the job.

Payment Methods

We have a Pay Now option (under this section) if you wish to pay using PayPal. Please log in as 'guest' if you haven't a paypal account, after you have entered the amount, follow the instructions to pay with any card.
Alternatively, you could send us an email and we can send a direct debit mandate out to you to pay via 'go cardless' securely, direct from your bank.
We can accept Standing orders, bank transfers, and we can accept payment over the phone.
We accept card payments at the door, as well as cash
Domestic customers need to pay within two weeks of the clean
Our commercial terms are 30 days nett. Interest is added for late payments.

Covid Policy

We are currently following government guidelines, such as wearing facemasks and other PPE. We have hand washing facilities in our vans with anti-bac. We are sanitising all our equipment regularly with anti-bacterial spray and wiping it down.
During the course of our work we are trying to adhere to government guidelines at all times.
